Slope of speed time graph indicates Acceleration of a body.

Acceleration - Acceleration is a change in velocity of an object per unit time.

Acceleration = change in velocity/time

a = v - u/t

If a body travels in a straight line and it's velocity increases or decreases by equal amount in equal intervals of time then the acceleration is said to be uniform.

If a body travels in a straight line and it's velocity increases or decreases by unequal amount in equal intervals of time then the acceleration is said to be non-uniform.
