3x - y + 1 = 0

3x + 1 = y
                                      
║  x  ║  0  ║  1  ║  -1   ║
║  y  ║  1  ║  4  ║  -2   ║

Slope = 4 - 1                            { ∵ Slope = Δx }
             1 - 0                                               Δy
