Step-by-step explanation:

Q:-

slove 3x+2y=11 and 2x-3y=3 by elimination method

A:-

given

3x + 2y = 11 \: ....(1)

2x - 3y = 3 \: ....(2)

now multiplied by the equation (1) by 2

we get

6x+4y = 22 ....(3)

now multiplied by the equation (2) by 3

we get,

6x-9y = 9 ....(4)

subtract equation (4) from equation (3)

we get,

13y = 13

y = 1

put y = 1 in equation (1)

we get,

3x+ 2y = 11

3x + 2 (1) = 11

3x + 2 = 11

3x = 11 - 2

3x = 9

x = 3

therefore, x = 3 and y = 1
