Explanation:

(x+7)/3-y = (y-1)/2+x​

lets take cross multiplication

(x+7) × (2+x​) = (3-y)  ×  (y-1)

2x + x² + 14 + 7x = 3y -3 - y² +y

9x + x² + 14 = 4y-3 - y²

9x + x² - 4y + y² = -3 - 14

9x + x² - 4y + y² = -17
