1/R eq = 1/20 + 1/30 + 1/60
R eq = 10
in 2nd question you have not given the value of voltage
if v is the total voltage then
current is
V / 10

the three resistors are parallel
therefore,
1 / R = 1 / R1 + 1 / R2 + 1 / R3
1 / R = 1 / 20 + 1/ 30 + 1 / 60
1 / R = 3+ 2 + 1 / 60
R = 60 / 6
R = 10 ohm
⇒ the total resistance is 10 ohm
⇒ the total current is ,
V = I R
I = V / R
so to find total current potential is required.
I = V / 10. ampere
