13.area of triangle psr= 1/2*4*12=24cm^2

    area of triangle pqr=1/2*8*12=48cm^2

     now add,

     area of quadrilateral pqrs=24+48= 72cm^2

14. this is a isosceles trapezium,(fig 1)

area of trapezium=1/2*(sum of parallel sides)*height

area=1/2*(5+11)*4=32cm^2

now the second fig is double the first fig,

so,

32*2=64cm^2

next we have to find perimeter,

fig 1,

perimeter=5+5+5+11=26cm

fig 2,

perimeter=5+5+5+5+5+5=30cm
