 \bigg(\dfrac{5}{4} \bigg)^{-4}

We flip the fraction so that exponent will be positive:

 = \bigg(\dfrac{4}{5} \bigg)^{4}

Remove the bracket:

 = \dfrac{4^4}{5^4}
