AS PER HERON's FORMULA AREA OF A TRIANGLE =
 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}
AND
s =  \frac{perimeter}{2}
PERIMETER OF THE TRIANGLE IS 50cm

thus S = 25

AREA OF THE TRIANGLE =.
 \sqrt{25(25 - 12)(25 - 16)(25 - 20)}
 =  \sqrt{25(13)(9)(5)}
 = 15 \sqrt{65}

THERE ARE SUCH 16 TRIANGLES

THUS 16 × 15√65 = 240√65 cm²
