•Pakistan is country with less economic development, So it is Beneficial to invest less instead of more

•So as we know we get rain from our monsoon winds (India), These winds also provides rain to Pakistan, Because of this, Maybe the dams fully filled up and occurs floods, But the dams are in smaller, So it will easier to solve the problem of flood.
