Hey,

Here is your speech:

"My grandmother lived in a rural area a little over an hour’s drive from my home. We’d go visit her every couple of months, and the late-night drive back home took us down many quiet country roads.

It was rare to see any other cars until we approached the city again, and I don’t think I ever saw a police car during any of our trips.

One night, I asked my father why he always braked and waited at stop lights when we were in the middle of nowhere.

Surrounded by cornfields as we were, it’s not like anyone would ever know if he just gunned it right through the little intersections.

His response was: “Integrity means doing the right thing, even when nobody’s watching”.

I’ve thought about that experience many times over the years, and recognized the quiet, but vital truth in those words."

Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not.– Oprah Winfref

When we are guided by integrity, our thoughts and words are in line with each other; our actions align with our principles, our conduct speaks for us, more eloquently than words ever could. It becomes the basis for both reputation and self-respect.

Integrity demands courage but delivers untroubled sleep. Developing integrity requires internal honesty, because we can’t be honest with others unless we are honest with ourselves.
It requires self awareness, since we cannot accurately communicate what we do not know. The amount of integrity that one has, defines who they are as a person.
I really hope that my speech today might have motivated you to live an integral and self respecting life!

Hope it helps!
☺️

The term integrity refers to an individual’s positive qualities and his/ her aspirations in life.

It includes the best traits such as trustworthiness, loyalty, honesty, fairness, uprightness, courage etc. to live up to his/ her words and promises irrespective of situations/ circumstances.

Integrity means wholeness. The foundation of integrity is laid down by a firm moral code of wrong and right to understand the environmental and psychological factors which an individual can tempt him/ her to stray from that code.

hope it's helpful for you.
