Hi friend,

I think there are some mistakes in your question.

We can't find smallest cells in the organs.

But the smallest cell in our human body is "sperm cell" which ranges is about 0.003 microns.

The second smallest cell is brain cells which ranges from 0.004- 0.01 microns...

Then it continues to red blood cells and it continues so on....

The smallest cell organelle is ribosomes in our body and the largest cell organelle is vacuole.
