Smallest no.by which 12600 should be divided so that the quatient is a perfect sq.

Hey mate!!

at first we need to find the LCM of 12600..

and the no. which will be left without pair, on dividing that no. with 12600, we can have the perfect square.

12600 = 100×126

= 2×50×2×63

= 2×25×2× 3×21

= 2×5×5×2×3×7×3

= (2×2)×(5×5)×(3×3)×(7)×2

as we can see... 7 and 2 are left without pair.

so we need to divide 12600 by 7× 2=14.

therefore 14 is the answer.

proof....

12600÷14

= 900...(30)²

which is a perfect square.
