hey there,

smallest prime number is two. it do not have any common divisor other than 1. it has two factors only - 1 and 2.

Hello!

A prime number is a number that has no factors other that 1 and the number itself.

The smallest even prime number is 2

The smallest odd prime number is 3

If nothing is specified about odd or even it will be better to write 2 as the smallest prime number.
