Answer:

A) Diabetes meallitus ,due to deficiency of insulin .

B) Pancreas( Islet of Langerhans) beta cells secrete insulin.

Insulin helps to maintain the amount of glucose in the body i.e;hypoglycemic                       in nature.

C) It is controlled by negative feedback system i.e;  when the amount of glucose increases in the body , insulin is secreted and when it is enough then by negative feedback system it is controlled.

2. Pancreas secretes insulin. Insulin helps in regulating blood sugar.

3. When the sugar level in blood increases, it is detected by the a-cells of the pancreas which responds by  producing more insulin. As the blood sugar level falls, insulin secretion is reduced.
