Dear Rishab,

How are you? I hope you are fine. I am fine too. It's been so long that we have written to each other. I have heard from your mother that you have started smoking. I am very disappointed from the fact that now you are addicted to it.

I know now you are in college, there are many of your friends and classmates who have influence you for this bad habit. But remember this is not something to be influenced by. Smoking is very injurious to health. Your parents are very concern for you. As a student of Science I can better tell you the effects of smoking. Smoking causes cancer, heart disease, stroke, lung diseases, diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Smoking also increases risk for tuberculosis, certain eye diseases, and problems of the immune system, including rheumatoid arthritis.

Also chewing gutka leads to mouth cancer, From today onwards say no to smoking. I know it will be quit hard but I have full faith in you that you will quit smoking and make all of us so proud.

I am rooting for you.

And I miss you so much, lets meet very soon.

Bye

Yours lovingly friend.
