Snakes can't hear, so why they attracted to the Charmer's sound ?

although snakes are deaf and lack outer ear, they consider the snake charmer and his pungi(instrument) as a predator and follow it trying to dance as if they are scared. this is usually done to remove the venomous fangs of the snake.
