Sncl2, alcl3 ,ccl4 ,sicl4 which is not a lewis acid

CCl4 is not a lewis acid . this is because it has completed is orbit . now CCl4 can not accept more electron from the donar. rest all the compound can accept electron as they have d orbitals.
