So for my internal assessment I am supposed to write on the topic - interview with a person who is financially poor . So can i get some tips on how to write the introduction for this project?

You can start by how India/ or any other country you have chosen financial status is. If your interviewing an Indian, give info about the financial status and if its improving. Ask the poor person what difficulties he faces and how fights with the,. Also ask if the government has any role in it :)
