So, friends I know that people with high IQ have higher intelligence and logic than normal people but do they also have higher remembering and recalling capability. For example Is it necessary that a person with higher IQ has more country flags recognisation than a person with lower IQ?

not necessarily, persons with high IQ just can understand things fast not to remember them, even they have to study and recall things when its time for exams.
