so I have a question can you guys please anwer so my school is offering a scholarship to the sc st students who's parents have less income that 2 lakh yearly but my mother has 3 lakh yearly so I cannot apply for it. so they're asking me to write an rejection application with the reason that my mum's salary is too much please help​
