so I've reason that solid sodium chloride does not conduct electricity while sodium chloride solution​

Though NaCl is composed of ions/Charges particles in solid state the ions cannot move freely.

But aqueous or molten solution of NaCl has free ions which help in the ionic conduction of Electricity.
