So many Health Care Centres have been opened all over the country but still we have not been able to ensure good health for all. why is it so?

Many health care centres are set up in our country but the important reasons for the country to still lack in good health are:
1)the injustice demand of money for treatment
2)our country lacks much healthcare facilities and equipments when compared with foreign country.
3) poor people can't offer much money in their healthcare, their money they earn are just sufficient for their daily food requirements
4) Many duplicate healthcare centres and doctors come up which damages or harms people's health
