by applying some mathematical operation we can prove this but that is mathematically wrong.

We can do this for entertainment purposes..

Though it is very interesting trick to prove it equal to 3.

Proof :

1 = 1

41 – 40 = 61 – 60

16 + 25 – 40 = 36 + 25 – 60

4² + 5² – 2 * 4 * 5 = 6² + 5² – 2 * 6 * 5

(4 – 5)² = (6 – 5)²

4 – 5 = 6 – 5

4 = 6

2 = 3

1 + 1 = 3…proved

have a wonderful day ahead

Explanation:

The formula of cross multiplication method is proved in algebraic form by taking a system of linear equations in two variables a 1 x + b 1 y + c 1 = 0 and a 2 x + b 2 y + c 2 = 0 .
