HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER.

AS WE KNOW IF THERE IS ANOTHER CHARGES THEN THEY ATTRACT EACH OTHER . BUT WHEN THE CHARGES ARE THEY REPEL EACH OTHER . FOR EX. WE RUB TWO BALLONS IF THEY HAVE SAME CHARGE THEY REPEL EACH PTHER BUT IF THE THE CHARGE IS DIFFRENT THE ATTRACT EACH OTHER.
