Its not those few Individuals only. The entire Human community has used up resources for nurturing its greeds and comforts.

The few individuals referred here is the rich and wealthy individuals of the society.
The utilize the resources for their greed just because they can afford it. But they fail to understand that due to their over usage on the resources,The poor people are not able to afford the basic facility.
Many government officials have free access to water,electricity etc So they do not care to save the resource,in-turn use it for greed rather than their need.

if you can provide a more elaborative answer like who these people can be in those rich and wealthy category and what could be there greeds then certainly it would be helpful and a favour!

well who specifically in rich? that wud be difficult to tell because its obvisously not poor people because they do not even have proper basic resource
We consider all the rich ppl though, but that could go wrong , that depends from ppl to ppl
