so³ has zero dipole moment. why?​

According to the structure of so3 is trigonal planar. Means the S and O atoms are polar in nature. Dipole moment of so3 is zero because the three SO bonds are arranged symmetrically to each other. Hence they cancelled all the net dipole moment. Hence it is zero.
