THE SOCIAL CAUSE OF FRENCH REVOLUTION IS:
1. IN THAT PERIOD THE FRENCH SOCIETY WERE DIVIDED INTO 3 ESTATES WHICH WERE PARTS OF THE FEUDAL SYSTEM OF MIDDLE AGES.
2.THE THIRD ESTATE WAS HIGHLY DISCRIMINATED AND EXPLOITED BY THE NOBLES,THE CHURCH AND THE KING.

The Social Causes for French Revolution were :

★ In the 18 th century the French society was divided into three estates.

Clergy

Noblity

Common People

And the people of only 3 rd estate had to pay taxes.


★ The people of 1 st and 2 nd estate had privileges by birth. That's why people were protesting against privileges based on birth.

★ There were no rights for the people of 3rd estate .
They wanted equality.

★ The people of the French society wanted a republic nation . So , they were demanding that .
