There is a general perception that people of Kashmir are unable to interact easily with outside their state and beyond. Even within Kashmir they are confined to certain limitations.It is felt that people Kashmir have been kept innocent of outside world. They are becoming more and more inaccessible for meaningful interaction. This is preventing them from progressing with the modern world. They are intellectually superior people but lack of exposure to higher education and the vast world their innocence is growing. I think it has to begin from grassroot level. It may be possible to make a change if young children are taught to behave in a way that they can interact better. Socialization is part of a new chapter in Kashmir people to move ahead in the development path.
