social exclusion is a cause of poverty bcoz if someone is marginalised frm the society and is kept away frm his basic rights, is deprived frm his freedom, basics of one's life, then it will, ofcourse, lead to poverty, indeed

and it is a consequence of poverty bcoz as we know, poors, all around the globe, r marginalised and excluded frm the society,  so , social exclusion is also a result or consequence of poverty
