No, there are not enough house, schools, clinics, libraries and jobs.

These are some of the indicators that tells about a society if its HDI is good or not. HDI indicates Human Development index. As the name suggests it is applicable to every area where a person's quality of life is known.

Taking example of India, as it comes under a tag of developing nation.

Housing:

  • The people in India have no proper shelter or housing facility.
  • It simply means there is lack of sanitation facility, no proper drinking water, ignored sewage system. it is worse in the metropolitan cities.

 Schools and Libraries:

  • People in villages have no proper school infrastructures.
  • Unavailability of teachers and class utilities.
  • Students usually go for household work than going to school.

clinics/ Hospitals:

  • majority of people dependent on public hospitals.
  • Public hospitals lack in quality of service and unmanageable public loads.

Jobs/ Employment:

  • People are engaged in agriculture and informal sectors.
  • People do not get regular income sin informal sector.
  • illiteracy leads to incapability to find a job.

These are the general reasons why there are not enough social development infrastructure.
