Queen Cleopatra, the last active Greco-Roman ruler of egypt was at the center of Greco-Roman rule in egypt from 69 BC to 38 BC. It started with King Ptolemy conquering Egypt and establishing ptolaemic Dynasty and ended with Roman Emperor Octavian (Augustus) defeating pharaoh Cleopatra(after her suicide) and his lover Mark Antony death.

The Greco-Roman rule in total lasted for about 300 years, i.e. 332BC to 30BC.

Interestingly, Octavian's Roman-control over Egypt lasted for approximately 600 years after Emperor Diocletian coming to power in 3rd century and annexing Egypt. But as being a Roman he also romanacized it. So it all ended with Arab conquest of egypt in 7th century by defeating Pharaoh Maximinus Daia (last Roman Emperor of egypt) under Rashidun-Caliphate.
