Sodium and potassium are are stored in kerosene. Why?

bcz they are more reactive they can react with air also produce a large flame

sodium and potassium are the most reactive metals that can react in room temperature also and can catch fire in the contact of air easily.so,these are stored in kerosene to cut contact with air.
