chemical reactivity is more in group 1 becoz...valency of these elements is 1. they try to lose this e- to satisfy their octet.hence sodium has max. chemical reactivity. hope this helps you!!

reactivity of metals depends upon their ability to lose their valence electrons. The element with greater atomic size will lose electrons most easily. Across a period ,atomic size decreases. So Na ,having the largest size, loses electrons most easily and hence is most reactive.

Hope this helps!
