Let S be the speed at which each worker builds the wall
Let N be the number of days required by 4 workers to build the wall
We also assume S to be the same for all workers
S = 1 wall divided by 3 workers then divided by 4 days = 1/12
S = 1 wall divided by 4 workers then divided by N days = 1/4N
1/12 = 1/4N
4N = 12
N = 12/4 = 3
It takes 3 days to have 4 people build the wall
