40. Explain why, the soil covered by vegetation is not eroded easily but the bare soil is eroded easily?​

The soil covered by vegetation is bind with the roots of the trees and plants, thus preventing for various factors like air, water, etc., from erosion of soil. But, since the bare soil is not bonded together, it can be eroded easily.

Hence, the soil covered by vegetation is not eroded easily where as the bare soil is eroded.
