small rocks in the flowing water rub against other rocks creating small particles which are carried away downstream and deposited as soil water expand on freezing.So the "soil formed by water".please follow me and Mark my question .

yes, it's right mate,

thé action of water is much important for the formation of soil. it's a neccessary point to be looked upon. hère, thé rocks get weathered upon due to thé vigorous actions of water for e.g. it happens during the occurrence of the rains.. it may also caused by the floods or due to the rivers...
