4x² + 15x - 19 = 0

4x² + (19 - 4)x - 19 = 0

4x² + 19x - 4x - 19 = 0

x(4x + 19) - 1(4x + 19) = 0

(4x + 19) (x - 1) = 0

value of x = -19/4, 1
