Yes , it is always consistent .

Step-by-step explanation:

Because dependent linear equation has infinitely number of solutions which means two lines are coincident on each other .

And as u know coincident lines is consistent .

Hence dependent pair of linear equation is always consistent .

Example of dependent linear equation:---

2x - 29y = -72

4x - 58y = -144

they will have infinitely may solutions .

Hence CONSISTENT as well !
