→ The process by which a solid directly changes to gas without changing into its liquid state is called as Sublimation.
→ The reverse of sublimation, that is, when gas directly changes to solid without changing into liquid state is called as Deposition.
→ The particles which undergoes sublimation are called as sublimate particles. They don't have liquid state.
→ Examples of sublimate particles :- Camphor, Napthelene Balls, iodine, ammonia etc.
