SPONGE HAVE SOME SPACES BETWEEN THERE MOLECULES AND YOU CAN SEE SOME SPACES EASILY BY NAKED EYES . THIS GIVE THEM SPACE TO COMPRESS .THUS SPONGE IS EASILY COMPRESSIBLE .

sponge has pores in which air is filled when we compress it shrinks easily coz air in it removes from pores
