solids do not diffuse very quickly into each other why.?

bcoz of force of interaction I think...and they don't have so much space between them they are packed tightly.....

Answer:

Solids are those which have definite shape volume and mass.
the molecule in them are very close to each other
there are no gaps between them
but gases and liquid are not as same as solids. as the molecule in them are far from each other and have much space
becoz of that they then easily disolve in anything
but it is not possible for solids
