10*cos30 on Y axis

and

-10*sin30 on X axis

and

Now resultant Y component is

and resultant X compo is

20-5=15

So resultant is

√(15^2+8.66^2)

=√(225+75)

=√300

Direction of this force is

tan inv 75/225

=tan inv 0.33

=18.43° North of East

or upward of X axis
