A(-3,2) and B(4,1) are the points which get equally divided by C(-2,k).
BY DISTANCE FORMULA,
AC=BC
=>AC^2=BC^2. [Squaring on both sides]
=>(-3+2)^2+(2-k)^2=(4+2)^2+(1-k)^2
=>1+4-4k+k^2=36+1-2k+k^2
=>4-4k=36-2k
=>-2k=32
=>k= -16
