Answer:length of square = 14

As 4 horses r tied at 4 corners each will cover an area equal to a quater of circle with radius =7m

So for 1 horse, area grazed=( 1/4)*(22/7)*(7*7)=154/4

So for 4 horses, area grazed= 4*(154/4)=154

Total area of square = side*side=14*14=196

Hence, area ungrazed = total area-grazed area

=196-154=42 sq.m
