Answer:

2x+3y=4

x =  \frac{4 - 3y}{2}

x-y=3

put the value of 'x'

 \frac{4 - 3y}{2}  - y = 3

 \frac{4 - 3y - 2y}{2}  = 3

4-5y=6

-5y=2

y =   - \frac{2}{5}

put the value of y

x =  \frac{4 - 3y}{2}  =  \frac{4 - 3( \frac{ - 2}{5} )}{2}

x =  \frac{13}{5}
