Solution of find the cost of flooring a square room of side 10m with marble tiles 25cm*20cm at the rate of rs.7.50 per tile

area of room= s^2
area= 10^2
Area=100m^2

area of each tile[ l*b
A= 0.25*0.2
A=0.05m

No. of tiles required= 100/0.5
No. of tiles required=2000

cost=2000*7.5
cost= Rs.15000

Total cost is Rs.15000

Area of floor = side*side
10*10 = 100 m square or 100000 cm square
Area of tile = 25*20 = 500 cm square
No. of tiles = 100000/500 = 200 tiles
cost of total tiles = 200*7.50 = 1500 Rs
