the basic rule is that :

the solution which has less PH value will be more acidic

in above case solution having PH=6 is more acidic compared to the solution having PH=8

now, since u know that an acidic solution has hydrogen ion concentration so since solution having PH=6 will be more acidic with higher hydrogen ion concentration compared to solution having PH=8
