Given ,

Principal = ₹3200.

Rate = 5% .

Time = 2 years.

To Find :-

Amount and Compound Interest.

Formula :-

A = P {{[1 + \dfrac{r}{100}]}^n}

On Inserting the value in the formula

We get

A = 3200 {{[1 + \dfrac{5}{100}]}^2}

A = 3200{{[\dfrac{100+5}{100}]}^2}

A = 3200 {{[\dfrac{105}{100}]}^2}

A =  {\dfrac{3200 \times 105 \times 105}{100 \times 100}}

Therefore, A = 3528.

CI = Amount - Principal

= ₹3528 - ₹3200

= ₹328.

Therefore, CI = 328

Short-hands Used :-

P = Principal.

R = Rate.

T = Time.

A = Amount.

CI = Compound Interest.
