60-t=\frac{t^{2}}{4}-3

⇒63-t=\frac{t^{2}}{4}

⇒4*(63-t)=t^{2}

⇒252-4t=t^{2}

⇒252=4t+t^{2}

⇒t*(t+4)=252=14*18=14*(14+4)

⇒t=14
