-11 ≤ 4x-3 ≤ 13

Adding 3 in each

=> -11 + 3  ≤ 4x-3 + 3  ≤ 13  + 3

=> - 8  ≤ 4x  ≤ 16

Dividing by 4 each

=> - 2   ≤ x  ≤  4

x ∈ [ -2 , 4]

Solution set     is x ∈ [ -2 , 4]
